By using Repleva, you agree to these terms. Repleva is currently in beta and provided as-is.

Use of Service

Repleva provides AI-powered marketing intelligence. Outputs are strategic recommendations, not guarantees. All generated content should be reviewed by qualified professionals before implementation.

Intellectual Property

Content generated through Repleva for your projects belongs to you. The Repleva platform, intelligence engines, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Repleva.

Limitations

Repleva is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional marketing expertise. The platform may refuse to generate outputs when strategic fundamentals are insufficient — this is by design, not a bug.

Connected Platforms and Publishing

Repleva can publish a post you created in the platform to a social account you connect yourself (for example your Instagram professional account and the Facebook Page it is linked to, or your LinkedIn profile). You remain responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each platform's own terms and policies. Repleva publishes only content you created in Repleva and chose to publish, and only to accounts you connected. A platform may reject a post, rate-limit publishing, or revoke Repleva's access at any time; where that happens, Repleva is not liable for the platform-side outcome, and you may need to reconnect the account. You can disconnect any account at any time from your connections settings. How connected-account data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Beta Program

During the beta period, features may change, data retention policies may evolve, and service availability is not guaranteed. We will provide notice before any material changes.
