Publish the post you just made

The service, in one paragraph

Repleva is a marketing platform for small businesses. You use it to plan your marketing and to create social media posts — the image and the caption — inside our Studio. When you are ready, you connect your own Instagram professional account and Facebook Page, or your own LinkedIn, and Repleva publishes the post you made to that account: either straight away, or at a time you scheduled.

That is the whole service today. Repleva does not read your messages, your comments, or your audience statistics, and it does not report on how your social posts performed. It publishes what you made, when you said to.

Publishing to LinkedIn is live for all Repleva customers today. Instagram and Facebook Page publishing is coming soon — it is built and running in limited release while platform review completes, then opens to everyone.

Connect. Create. Schedule. Publish.

Four steps, in that order. Every one of them is something you do — Repleva never posts on its own.

01

Connect

You sign in to the platform yourself and grant Repleva permission to publish. Instagram and your Facebook Page are connected with Facebook Login; LinkedIn uses LinkedIn's own sign-in. Repleva can only publish to accounts you connected, and your connections page shows the account you connected so you can see the link is live. Disconnect any of them at any time.

02

Create

The post is made inside Studio — the image and the caption, together. Repleva suggests a caption you can rewrite, keep, or replace entirely. Nothing is published that you did not create here and choose to publish.

03

Schedule

Pick the exact date and time you want, or start from a recommended posting time — a curated set of general high-engagement windows for each platform, refined by industry and anchored to a North-American business clock. It is a starting point, not a prediction, so if you work elsewhere, set your own time. If you would rather not wait, skip this step and publish immediately.

04

Publish

At the moment you chose, Repleva sends your image and your caption to the account you connected. Scheduled posts stay editable right up until they send — change the caption, move the time, or cancel. Once a post has gone out, it lives on that platform and you manage it there.

Where the post goes

Repleva publishes a single still image with your caption. Your accounts, not ours.

Instagram + Facebook Page

Instagram first, then the Page. Repleva publishes your image and caption to the Instagram professional account linked to a Facebook Page you manage, and posts the same image and caption to that Page. You create it once. Instagram is the primary destination: if the Page post does not go through, the Instagram post still publishes.

Instagram publishing needs an Instagram professional account linked to a Facebook Page you manage. A personal Instagram account cannot be published to — that is Instagram's rule, not ours. If you manage more than one Page, Repleva posts to the Page that has an Instagram professional account linked to it.

LinkedIn

Repleva publishes your image and caption to your own LinkedIn profile, with your hashtags intact so LinkedIn links them. Published LinkedIn posts come back with a link, so you can open the live post from inside Repleva.

LinkedIn posting goes to the profile of the person who connected the account. Repleva does not post to LinkedIn company pages.

One calendar per project

Every post you have scheduled for a project sits on one calendar inside its Studio. Switch between month, week, and list. Drag a scheduled post to a new day or hour to move it. Click it to edit the caption or the time, or to cancel it. Recommended slots are marked faintly in week view so you can see them while you plan.

Each post carries its own state — scheduled, posting, posted, failed, or canceled — so you always know where a post is. A post that is already being sent can no longer be edited or canceled, because it is on its way to the platform. If a send fails, the post is marked failed with a plain-language reason and nothing is retried behind your back.

Publishing right now is included on every Repleva plan. Scheduling ahead is included with Full.

Data use

What we access, and what we never touch

In plain language, with no exceptions hidden further down the page.

What we use it for — two things only

One: to identify the account you connected and to find the Facebook Page — and the Instagram professional account linked to it — that your post should go to. Two: to publish the image and caption you created, either straight away or at the time you scheduled.

What we do not do

Publishing is all Repleva does with your connected accounts today. It does not read your messages or your comments. It does not read your audience statistics, your follower counts, or your post performance, and it does not currently call the endpoints that return that data. It does not read the posts already on your account. Two things never change: we never sell the information we receive from Meta or LinkedIn or pass it to anyone else, and we only ever publish content you created in Repleva and chose to publish. If we ever add performance reporting, it would need your permission first and we would update this page before it does anything new with your accounts.

What we receive when you connect

When you connect with Facebook Login, we receive an access token plus your Facebook account name and ID. When you publish, we use that token to look up the Facebook Pages you manage and any Instagram professional account linked to them, so the post reaches the right place. When you connect LinkedIn, we receive your name, email, and a member ID.

What we ask the platform for

Four Meta permissions, and each one maps to a call this feature actually makes: instagram_basic and pages_show_list to find the Facebook Page and the Instagram professional account linked to it, then instagram_content_publish and pages_manage_posts to publish your post. We do not request the insights permissions (instagram_manage_insights, read_insights) at all.

What we store

Your access token, encrypted. The name and ID of the connected account. The posts you create and schedule inside Repleva. Tokens are never written to our logs.

Staying in control

Disconnect any account at any time from your connections settings — that removes the stored token. If you remove Repleva from your Facebook settings, we delete the connection on our side automatically. You can also request deletion of the data we obtained through Meta and track it with a confirmation code. The same statement, in full, is in our privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions

Which accounts can Repleva publish to?

Your own Instagram professional account and the Facebook Page it is linked to, and your own LinkedIn profile. You connect each one yourself by signing in to that platform, and Repleva can only publish to accounts you connected. LinkedIn posts go to your personal profile, not to a company page.

What does Repleva do with the information it receives from Meta?

Two things only. First, it identifies the account you connected and finds the Facebook Page — and the Instagram professional account linked to it — that your post should go to. Second, it publishes the image and caption you created in Repleva, either straight away or at the time you scheduled. Repleva does not currently read your messages, your comments, or your audience statistics, and it never sells the information it receives from Meta or passes it to anyone else.

Does Repleva report on how my posts performed?

Not yet. Repleva does not provide analytics or performance reporting for your social accounts today — publishing is all it does with a connected account. It is something we plan to add. When we do, we will ask you for the access it needs and update this policy first, so nothing changes without you knowing.

What is a recommended posting time based on?

A curated set of general high-engagement windows for each platform, refined by industry and anchored to a North-American business clock. It is a sensible starting point, not a prediction, and it is not based on your account or your followers — so if you work in another timezone, treat it as a default and set your own time. Every recommended time is a suggestion you can change or overwrite before the post sends.

Can I change or cancel a post after I schedule it?

Yes, right up until it sends. On the calendar you can drag a scheduled post to a new day or time, click it to edit the caption or the time, or cancel it outright. Once a post has been sent to the platform it lives on that platform, and you manage it there.

How do I disconnect an account?

Open your connections settings in Repleva and disconnect the channel. That removes the stored access token. If you remove Repleva from your Facebook settings instead, we delete the connection on our side automatically. You can also request deletion of the data we obtained through Meta and track it with a confirmation code.

The plan says post. Now post it.

Repleva builds the plan, Studio makes the post, and publishing sends it to your own accounts. Same system, one sequence.
